Quotes Tags: How to Add and Use Tags for Quotes in PSOhub

Learn how to apply tags to quotes in PSOhub and use them to filter and search your Quotes overview more efficiently

Objective

This article explains how to apply tags to quotes in PSOhub and how to use those tags to filter and search the Quotes overview.

Prerequisites

Eligible access
        You must have Admin, Controller, Project Manager, or Sales Rep access in PSOhub.

How to Add a Tag to a Quote

Steps

  1. Open the quote in PSOhub.
  2. In the left-hand pane, click Edit (pencil icon) next to the name of the quote. The Edit Quote screen appears.
  3. Scroll down to Tags.
  4. To use an existing tag or tags, simply select them from the drop-down menu. 
  5. To create a new tag, navigate to Settings > Organization and click on the Tags tab. Click Add tag, enter the keyword and click Save. Re-open Edit Quote to select your new tag.
  6. Click Save.

💡 Tip: You can apply multiple tags to a single quote. Common uses include tagging by                  quote sub-type, product, service, currency, or sales stage (for example, Subscription              and HubSpot) to make filtering and reporting more precise.

How to Filter & Search Quotes by Tag

Steps

  1. Click Quotes in the main menu. The Quotes overview displays all quotes.
  2. Scroll right to the Tags column. If you cannot see the Tags column, click Edit columns and make sure Tags is selected.
  3. In the Tags field at the top of the column, enter an existing tag to search or filter by. The Quotes overview updates to display only quotes matching the selected tag. 
  4. To clear all filters, click Clear filters.

📌 Note: Only tags that have been defined in Settings > Organization in the Tags tab can          be used as filter values.

Result

The Quotes overview displays only quotes matching the tag you filtered or searched by. Combining tags with other filters allows you to build more precise searches across large quote lists. Clicking Clear filters or clearing the search fields returns the full quote list.
