Objective
Understand how task tags work in PSOhub, how to apply them to tasks, and how to use them to filter and find tasks across the All Tasks view.
Introduction
Tags are keywords you can attach to any task in PSOhub to make it easier to categorize, search, and filter across your projects. By applying tags, you can quickly surface specific tasks from the full list — for example, finding all tasks related to a report, a particular phase, or a specific type of work — without having to open each project individually.
Tags can be applied to tasks in any project and are searchable from the All Tasks overview.
How to Add a Tag to a Task
- Open the task in PSOhub.
- Navigate to the General tab in the right-hand pane.
- Click in the Tags field.
- To apply an existing tag, select it from the dropdown list. If you don't see the name of the tag you want, you can add it in Settings (gear icon).
- Click Save.
📌 Note: Tags must first be defined in Settings > Organization > Tags before they appear in the dropdown.
How to Filter Tasks by Tag in All Tasks and My Tasks
- Click Tasks in the main menu.
- Select All Tasks. All tasks across all projects in your organization are displayed in the All Tasks grid.
- In the Tags filter field, enter one or more tags to filter the task list. The task list updates automatically to show only tasks matching the selected tags.
💡 Tip: You can apply multiple tags at once to narrow your results further — for example, filtering by both Report and Q3 to find all report-related tasks due in the third quarter.
Result
The All Tasks view displays only tasks that match the tag or tags you selected. Results update automatically as tags are added or removed from the filter.
