Introduction
Tags are keywords that can be applied to objects across PSOhub to help you organize, filter, and report on your data. Once configured, tags make it easy to group related records, run targeted reports, and quickly find information across different modules.
Tags must be created in Settings > Organization before they can be applied. Once created, they are available across PSOhub and can be applied to the following objects:
- Quotes
- Projects
- Invoices
- Tasks
- Users
- Companies
- Contacts
How Tags Are Used
Filtering and searching
Tags can be used as filters within the different modules of PSOhub — for example, filtering the project list or invoice list by a specific tag.
You can also search across all PSOhub objects at once using the Search field in the toolbar. Searching by a tag returns all related records across every object type — projects, invoices, tasks, users, and more — in a single view.
Reporting
Tags are available as a filter and data field in PSOhub reports and dashboards. They are also included in Export outputs and in the PSOhub OData feed, making them useful for external reporting and analysis.
Where to Create Tags
