Objective
This article explains how to create and delete tags in PSOhub. Tags can be applied to Users, Quotes, Projects, Invoices, Tasks, Contacts, and Companies for filtering and reporting purposes.
Prerequisites
Eligible access
You must have Admin user access in PSOhub.
How to Create a Tag
Steps
📌 Note: Tags must be created in the Settings before they can be applied to any PSOhub object.
- Click the Gear icon in the main menu to open Settings.
- Click Organization.
- Navigate to the Tags tab.
- Click Add tag.
- Enter the Tag Name. Click Save. The new tag appears in the Tags list.
How to Delete a Tag
Steps
📌 Note: When a tag is deleted, it is removed from all PSOhub objects it has been applied to.
- Click the Gear icon in the main menu to open Settings.
- Click Organization and navigate to the Tags tab.
- Select the tag you want to delete.
- Click Delete.
- In the confirmation message, click Proceed. The tag is removed from the Tags list and from all objects.
⚠️ Important: Deleting a tag permanently removes it from every PSOhub object it has been applied to. This action cannot be undone.
Result
Created tags are available immediately across PSOhub and can be applied to Users, Quotes, Projects, Invoices, Tasks, Contacts, and Companies for filtering and reporting. Deleted tags are permanently removed from all objects.
