How to Enable the MCP Connector in PSOhub

Learn how to enable the MCP Connector in AI Insights so your users can connect AI assistants to PSOhub

Objective

This article explains how to enable the MCP Connector for your organization. Once it is enabled, Admin and Controller users can connect AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT to PSOhub.

Prerequisites

Eligible access
        You must have Admin user access in PSOhub.

Enable the MCP Connector

📌 Note: An Admin enables the MCP Connector once for the whole organization. After that, each Admin or Controller user connects their own AI assistant to PSOhub.

Steps

  1. In PSOhub, click the Settings (gear) icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Click Organization.
  3. Click the AI Insights tab.
  4. Before enabling the MCP connector, go to the Terms & Conditions section and click on Read the terms to review the AI Insights Terms of Use.
  5. Click Enable.
  6. Review the confirmation message. It explains that all accounts with Admin or Controller access can use the connector.
  7. Click Proceed.

Result

The AI Insights tab shows AI Insights Connector approved, along with the name of the Admin who approved it and the date and time. Admin and Controller users in your organization can now connect their AI assistant to PSOhub.
