Objective

This article explains how to see which work is ready to invoice, with Claude or ChatGPT. You see in seconds where the most money is waiting to be invoiced.

Prerequisites

The MCP connector is active on your organization. 
        An Admin has enabled the MCP connector for your organization.

Your AI assistant is connected.
        Your AI assistant (Claude or ChatGPT) should be connected to PSOhub.

Steps

  1. Copy the prompt exactly as written:
  2.    Show the ten contract lines on active projects with the largest amount still to be invoiced, in one table: customer, project, amount, currency and how it is billed. Positive amounts only.

       Keep it short and link every project and customer to PSOhub. If something in the data looks off and I can correct it in PSOhub, mention it in one line at the end, without investigating it.

     

  3. Paste the prompt into Claude or ChatGPT and send it.

📌 Note: Contract lines need a value and an invoicing method.

Result

You get one table with the ten contract lines that have the most work ready to invoice. For each line, it shows the customer, project, amount, currency and billing method.

💡 Tip: Ask a follow-up question, for example:

  • Why has the oldest one not been invoiced yet?
  • Show the same per project manager.
  • Put this in an Excel file.
