Agentic AI recipes are ready-made prompts for the questions you ask every week. Copy one into Claude or ChatGPT, and the answer comes straight from your live PSOhub data.

Recipes only read your data. They never change anything in PSOhub.

Step 1: Use a recipe

Follow these steps for any recipe:

  1. Pick a recipe for your role.
  2. Copy the prompt.
  3. Replace the parts in [SQUARE BRACKETS], such as [PROJECT NAME].
  4. Paste it into Claude or ChatGPT and send it.
  5. Ask a follow-up. Every recipe suggests a few.

Step 2: Choose a level

Every recipe has one of four levels:

  • Start. One recipe for everyone. Run Recipe: Get to know your PSOhub first.
  • Quick wins. Small questions about one project, one person or one month. Answers in seconds.
  • Get ready. A short check that shows what to fill in PSOhub, so you get the best answers.
  • Go deep. Finds causes, compares periods and teams, and shows what needs attention first. These take longer, and work best after the Get ready check.

Step 3: Find the recipes for your role
