This article explains how to get a largest projects overview with Claude or ChatGPT. You see your ten largest projects in one table, with a status that shows where billing and delivery drift apart.
Prerequisites
The MCP connector is active on your organization.
An Admin has enabled the MCP connector for your organization.
Your AI assistant is connected.
Your AI assistant (Claude or ChatGPT) should be connected to PSOhub.

Steps
- Copy the prompt exactly as written:

Show the ten largest active customer projects in our organisation by contract value, in one table: customer, project manager, contract value, used, invoiced, WIP, and a status.
Status:
- attention: WIP is more than 25% of the contract value, or a contract line that has a budget is over it
- watch: nothing invoiced yet
- fine: everything else
If you cannot determine a status, write unknown and say why.
Keep it short and link every project, customer and person to PSOhub. If something in the data looks off and I can correct it in PSOhub, mention it in one line at the end, without investigating it. - Paste the prompt into Claude or ChatGPT and send it.
📌 Note: Projects need a contract value. For the over-budget check, contract lines need a budget.
Result
You get one table with your ten largest active projects: client, project manager, contract value, used, invoiced, WIP and a status. The rule for the status is in the prompt, so you can see why a project needs attention.
💡 Tip: Ask a follow-up question, for example:
- Why does [PROJECT NAME] need attention?
- Show the same for one business unit.
- Show the next ten.
