Use Agentic AI Insights to get a one-page project summary: value, used, invoiced and WIP

Objectives

This article explains how to get a one-page project summary with Claude or ChatGPT. You see the key numbers of one project on a single page, with the contract lines that are over budget.

Prerequisites

The MCP connector is active on your organization. 
        An Admin has enabled the MCP connector for your organization.

Your AI assistant is connected.
        Your AI assistant (Claude or ChatGPT) should be connected to PSOhub.

Steps

  1. Copy the prompt exactly as written: 
       Give me a one-page summary of project [PROJECT NAME or full project number, for example PRJ-2026-286]: customer, project manager, contract value, used, invoiced, WIP, and which contract lines that have a budget are over it. End with one sentence on how it is doing.

       Keep it short. Show the key figures in a two column table (item, value) and the contract lines over budget in a second table. Link the project, customer and people to PSOhub. If something in the data looks off and I can correct it in PSOhub, mention it in one line at the end, without investigating it.

     

  2. Replace [PROJECT NAME or full project number] with the project.
  3. Paste the prompt into Claude or ChatGPT and send it.

📌 Note: Contract lines need a budget for the over-budget check.

Result

You get a table with the key figures of the project and a second table with the contract lines over budget. It ends with one sentence on how the project is doing.

💡 Tip: Ask a follow-up question, for example:

  • Why is this contract line over budget?
  • Who worked on this project last month?
  • What is still to be invoiced, and since when?
