Objectives
This article explains how to get a weekly overview of PSOhub with Claude or ChatGPT. You see the last seven days in one table, next to the week before.
Prerequisites
The MCP connector is active on your organization.
An Admin has enabled the MCP connector for your organization.
Your AI assistant is connected.
Your AI assistant (Claude or ChatGPT) should be connected to PSOhub.

Steps
- Copy the prompt exactly as written:

What happened in PSOhub in the last 7 days? Projects started (start date up to today), projects closed, invoices sent, and total hours booked compared with the week before. Show it as one table: started, closed, invoices sent and hours, with the last 7 days next to the week before.
Link every project and invoice to PSOhub. If something in the data looks off and I can correct it in PSOhub, mention it in one line at the end, without investigating it. - Paste the prompt into Claude or ChatGPT and send it.
📌 Note: This works with any PSOhub. Invoices only count when they are marked as sent.
Result
You get one table with the number of projects started and closed, invoices sent and hours booked. It shows the last seven days next to the week before.
💡 Tip: Ask a follow-up question, for example:
- Which projects started this week?
- Who booked the most hours?
- Show the same for the whole month.
