Prerequisites

The MCP connector is active on your organization. 
        An Admin has enabled the MCP connector for your organization.

Your AI assistant is connected.
        Your AI assistant (Claude or ChatGPT) should be connected to PSOhub.

Steps

  1. Copy the prompt exactly as written:

       Give me a quick picture of how my PSOhub is set up. Facts only, no judgements.

       - Who I am in the system and my role
       - My organisation and its business units, with the number of people in each
       - The project stages we use, and which of them count as running
       - Our project types
       - How many active customer projects we have, and the five largest by value

       Keep it to one screen. Show the business units and the five largest projects as tables, and the stages and types as one line each. Link the projects to PSOhub.

     

  2. Paste the prompt into Claude or ChatGPT and send it.

Result
