Objective
This article explains how to get a monthly invoicing overview with Claude or ChatGPT. You see last month's invoicing in seconds, compared with the month before, and your five biggest customers for the month.
Prerequisites
The MCP connector is active on your organization.
An Admin has enabled the MCP connector for your organization.
Your AI assistant is connected.
Your AI assistant (Claude or ChatGPT) should be connected to PSOhub.

Steps
- Copy the prompt exactly as written:

What did we invoice last month? Give the total, the number of invoices and how it compares with the month before in a small table, and the five customers with the highest amount in a second table.
Keep it short and link every customer and invoice to PSOhub. If something in the data looks off and I can correct it in PSOhub, mention it in one line at the end, without investigating it. - Paste the prompt into Claude or ChatGPT and send it.
Result
You get a small table with last month's total, the number of invoices and the change against the month before. A second table shows your five biggest customers for the month.
💡 Tip: Ask a follow-up question, for example:
- Split this per business unit.
- Which clients did we invoice less than usual?
- Show the same for the whole quarter.
