Objective

This article explains how to find new overdue invoices with Claude or ChatGPT. You catch new late payments while they are still fresh.

Prerequisites

The MCP connector is active on your organization. 
        An Admin has enabled the MCP connector for your organization.

Your AI assistant is connected.
        Your AI assistant (Claude or ChatGPT) should be connected to PSOhub.

Steps

  1. Copy the prompt exactly as written:
  2.    Which sent invoices became overdue in the last 30 days? In one table: customer, invoice, amount and days overdue. Only invoices whose due date falls within the last 30 days.

       Keep it short and link every customer and invoice to PSOhub. If something in the data looks off and I can correct it in PSOhub, mention it in one line at the end, without investigating it.

     

  3. Paste the prompt into Claude or ChatGPT and send it.

Result

You get a short table of invoices that passed their due date in the last 30 days. For each invoice, it shows the customer, the amount and how many days late it is.

💡 Tip: Ask a follow-up question, for example:

  • Draft a friendly reminder for the three largest.
  • Are these clients usually late?
  • Do any of them still have work running with us?
