Assign multiple tasks to users within a plan

How to assign multiple tasks to team members

In a plan, you have the possibility to assign multiple tasks to multiple team members.

Choose from the menu Plans and Plans:

In the All Plans overview, select your plan from the list:

Select a task list, so that all tasks in this list will be selected. The multi-selection menu bar will appear at the bottom of the screen. The menu bar will also display how many tasks have been selected.

Click Edit and the following Mass edit tasks dialog box will appear:

In the Assign to project members field, select your team members and click Save.

All selected tasks now have multiple project members assigned to them. The first project member is displayed and the additional members are represented as a total number.
