How to Change a Team Lead in a Business Unit

Learn how to assign a new team lead or remove an existing team lead from a business unit in PSOhub

Objective

This article explains how to change the team lead of a business unit in PSOhub, including how to assign a different user or remove the team lead entirely.

Prerequisites

Eligible access level
        You must have Admin access in PSOhub.

Business unit has at least one user
        The business unit must already exist and have at least one user assigned to it.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Settings (gear icon) and select Organization
  2. Click on the Business Units tab.
  3. Click the name of the business unit you want to update.
  4. The Business Unit dialog box opens, showing all users assigned to the business unit. The current team lead is marked with a green tick. 
  5. Click Assign Team Lead. The Assign Team Lead dialog box appears.
  6. In the Select Team Lead dropdown, select a team member to assign as the new team lead. 
  7. Click Save. The updated team lead is confirmed in the Business Unit dialog box.
  8. Click Save.

📌 Note: To remove the team lead without assigning a replacement, select the empty                    value from the dropdown list.

Result

The team lead for the business unit is updated immediately. If you selected the empty value, the business unit will have no team lead assigned. The change is reflected in the Business Unit dialog box and takes effect right away.
