Objective
This article explains how to delete your PSOhub organization and all related data from the organization settings.
Prerequisites
Eligible access level
You must have Admin access in PSOhub.
PSOhub subscription cancelled
You must first cancel your PSOhub subscription before you can delete your organization.
You've exported your data
Make sure you have exported any data you need to retain before proceeding. All data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered after this action.
Steps
- Navigate to Settings (gear icon) and select Organization.
- Click Delete organization on the General tab.
- Follow the on-screen steps to confirm the deletion.
🚨 Warning: Deleting your organization removes all data including projects, contracts, time entries, invoices, and user accounts. Export your data via the PSOhub OData Feed before proceeding if you need to retain any records.
Result
Your PSOhub organization and all associated data are permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
