How to Cancel Your PSOhub Account

Learn how to cancel your PSOhub subscription step by step

Objective

This article explains how to cancel your PSOhub subscription within your account settings.

Prerequisites

Before you can cancel your PSOhub subscription, take care of the following:

Eligible Access
          You must have Admin privileges on the PSOhub account.

Steps

  1. Click the Settings icon (gear icon) in the main menu bar. Select Organization.
  2. Navigate to the Subscription tab. Click Manage your account. The Manage Subscriptions panel opens in a new tab showing your subscription details.  
  3. Click on the tile featuring your subscription level and billing amount.
  4. Click Cancel Subscription.
  5. Review the cancellation date shown on screen.
  6. Enter the reason for cancellation in the field provided. Feel free to include more information in the text box below.
  7. Click Confirm Cancellation.

📌 Note: The cancellation date shown in Step 5 is the last day of your current billing                        period. Your access to PSOhub will remain active until this date.

Result

Your subscription is scheduled for cancellation. You and your team will retain access to PSOhub until the end of the current billing period. All account data will be permanently deleted the day after the cancellation date.

🚨 Warning: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. If you have not already            exported your data, do so immediately using the PSOhub OData Feed before your                  subscription ends.
