Objective
This article explains how to share a single HubSpot connection across all child organizations in PSOhub, so every child organization can link HubSpot deals to projects without needing a separate HubSpot account.
Prerequisites
Steps
- Navigate to Settings (gear icon) in your master organization.
- Select Integrations from the left-hand menu.
- Locate the HubSpot tile and click Configure.
- The HubSpot Configuration dialog opens.
- Toggle on Share HubSpot connection with all child organizations.
- Click Save.
- A Confirmation dialog appears. Read the message and click Proceed.
📌 Note: The confirmation dialog states that if Insights is enabled, data will sync in the background. Refresh HubSpot after a few minutes to see it appear in the HubSpot menu.
Result
The HubSpot connection from your master organization is now shared with all child organizations. Users in child organizations can create projects directly from HubSpot deals using the Project Quick Setup wizard in PSOhub.
⚠️ Important: Once sharing is enabled, child organizations cannot connect to a separate HubSpot environment. The option to create a project directly from within HubSpot will also be disabled for child organization users — projects must be created from within PSOhub.
Optional: Enable Insights for HubSpot
If your organization has an enterprise HubSpot license, you can also enable Insights for HubSpot from the same HubSpot Configuration dialog.
Check the INSIGHTS FOR HUBSPOT ENABLED checkbox, then click Save and Proceed.
📌 Note: Insights for HubSpot is only available with a HubSpot enterprise license.
