How to Increase Standard (Global) Rates in PSOhub?

Objective

This article explains how to increase standard (global) billing rates in PSOhub. Updating these rates ensures that future quotes and newly created projects automatically use your updated pricing.

Prerequisites

✅ You must have Admin user access in PSOhub.

✅ The roles and rates must already be configured in the system.

Steps

1. Navigate to Settings > User Management and select the Roles & Rates tab.

2. Click Increase Rates.

3. Select Standard Rates to update your global default rates.

4. In the Standard rates wizard, select all the roles for which you want to increase the rate. Use the column filters (Role, Currency, Selling Rate, Cost Rate, Date Last Increase) to narrow the list.

💡Tip: To clear the selected roles, click Clear selection at the bottom of the window. You may need to scroll to the end of the list.

5. Click Step 2: Increase by %.

6. In the Increase rate by percentage window, enter the percentage to increase the Selling rate and/or Cost rate by.

7. Click Calculate. The Selling Rate (New) and Cost Rate (New) columns display the increased rates.

8. Click Confirm & Increase rates.

9. A confirmation message explains that existing projects are not affected by this change. Click Proceed.

10. Click OK once the selected standard rates have been updated.

📌 Note: An audit of when the rates were last increased is stored in the system.

Result

The default global rates are updated for the selected roles. These new rates automatically apply to future quotes and newly created projects.

Existing projects are not affected by this change.
