How to Increase Rates for Specific Projects in PSOhub?

Update billing rates for selected projects in PSOhub and optionally recalculate uninvoiced timesheets

Objective

 This article explains how to increase rates for specific projects in PSOhub. You can update team member role rates on selected proposal and active projects, and optionally recalculate existing timesheets that have not yet been invoiced. 

Prerequisites

✅ You must have Admin user access level.

✅ The project must already exist in PSOhub.

✅ Only uninvoiced timesheets can be recalculated after the rate change.

Steps

  1.  Navigate to Settings > User Management and select the Roles & Rates tab. 
  2. Click Increase Rates. 
  3.  In the Project rates wizard, select all the projects where you want to increase the rate. Use the column filters (Project Name, Project Stage, Type, Business Unit, Project Manager, and others) to narrow the list. 

 💡 Tip: To clear the selected roles, click Clear selection at the bottom of the window. You             may need to scroll to the end of the list. 

      4.   Click Step 2: Increase by %.

      5.   In the Increase rate by percentage window, enter the percentage to increase the Selling rate               and/or Cost rate by. 

 📌 Note: The selected projects are listed below the percentage fields so you can confirm             your selection before proceeding. 

       6.   Optional: select Recalculate open timesheets after updating rates if you also want to                              update the value of uninvoiced time entries using the new rates. 

 ⚠️ Important: This recalculates uninvoiced timesheets only. Timesheets that have                           already been invoiced are not affected. 

       7.   Click Confirm & Increase rates.

       8.   A confirmation message will appear. Click Proceed. 

       9.   Click OK once the selected rates have been updated.

 📌 Note: PSOhub updates the project rates in the background. You will receive an email               once the update is complete. 

 📌 Note: An audit of when the rates were last increased is stored in the system. 

Result

The billing rates for the selected team member roles on the chosen projects are updated. If you selected the recalculate option, any uninvoiced timesheets are updated to reflect the new rates.
