How to Create a Contact in PSOhub (Contact Management)

Objective
This article explains how to create a new contact, edit contact information, and manage your contacts in PSOhub.
Prerequisites
✅ You must have Admin user access in PSOhub.
Steps
📌 Note: Contacts are automatically generated when promoting a HubSpot deal, Salesforce or Microsoft CRM opportunity in PSOhub. You can also create a contact directly in PSOhub with the following actions:
- Click on Customers at the top left of your screen and select Contacts.
- Click the Create Contact button.
- Select Business Contact for a Contact that belongs to a company.
- Select Individual Contact for a Contact without a corresponding organization in PSOhub. For example, legal firms or architects working for individual clients rather than a company.
- Enter the contact information, including any useful tags you may want to use to help find them more easily later. Click Save.
- You will now see the new Contact's personal information displayed in the left-hand pane of their Contact page. To modify their personal details, click the Edit icon at the top right of this pane. From there, you may also delete the contact if necessary.
- In the middle pane, corresponding Projects, Invoices and Quotes where this contact has been selected are now accessible.
- On the top-right, the Contact's Company is displayed. Clicking on the Company will show you Projects, Invoices and Quotes currently associated with that Company.
- Below Company, you can see all the Activities where the Contact has been engaged. Emails, Notes, Calls, and Meetings are all tracked here.
Result
Your new Contact is now configured in PSOhub, and all Activities related to the Contact will be tracked.
