Dynamics 365 CRM: How to connect to PSOhub

Connect Microsoft Dynamics 365 to PSOhub and sync opportunities into projects for end-to-end project management

Objective

This article explains how to connect your Microsoft Dynamics 365 account to PSOhub so you can create projects directly from Dynamics 365 opportunities and keep your CRM and project data in sync.

Prerequisites

Before connecting Microsoft Dynamics 365 to PSOhub, ensure the following conditions are met:

PSOhub admin access
        You need to be set up in PSOhub with the Admin access level.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 account access
        You must have access to the Dynamics 365 organization you wish to connect.

Your Dynamics 365 organizational URL 
        You will need the URL for your Dynamics 365 organization during setup (e.g. https://                yourorg.crm.dynamics.com).

Steps

  1. Navigate to Settings (gear icon in the main menu).
  2. Select Integrations from the left-hand menu.
  3. On the Organization Apps tab, locate the Dynamics 365 tile and click Connect.
  4. In the dialog that appears, click Proceed.
  5. Enter the URL for your Dynamics 365 organization.
  6. Click Save.

Result

Microsoft Dynamics 365 is connected to PSOhub. You can now create projects directly from Dynamics 365 opportunities and sync company and contact information across both platforms.
