Salesforce CRM: How to Connect to PSOhub

Connect Salesforce to PSOhub and sync opportunities into projects for end-to-end project management

Objective

This article explains how to connect your Salesforce account to PSOhub so you can create projects directly from Salesforce opportunities and keep your CRM and project data in sync.

Prerequisites

Before connecting Salesforce to PSOhub, ensure the following conditions are met:

PSOhub admin access
        You need to be set up in PSOhub with the Admin access level.

Salesforce account access
        You must have access to the Salesforce account you wish to connect.

Salesforce Professional edition
        You must be on the Salesforce Professional Edition or higher, with API access enabled.            Contact your Salesforce representative for more details.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Settings (gear icon in the main menu).
  2. Select Integrations from the left-hand menu.
  3. On the Organization Apps tab, locate the Salesforce tile and click Connect.
  4. In the dialog that appears, click Proceed.
  5. The Salesforce login page will open. Sign in with your Salesforce credentials.
  6. Once authenticated, you will be returned to PSOhub.

Result

Salesforce is connected to PSOhub. You can now create projects directly from Salesforce opportunities and sync company and contact information across both platforms.
