Troubleshooting
The Salesforce opportunity does not appear in the search results.
Check that your Salesforce account is connected to PSOhub and that the integration is active. Also confirm the opportunity exists in Salesforce and that you are searching with the correct name or partial name. Contact your Admin if the connection needs to be verified.
No contract templates are available in Step 2.
At least one contract template must be configured before you can complete the Quick Setup. Ask your Admin to set up a template in Settings > Templates.
The Sales rep field does not show the person I need.
The sales rep must be an active user in PSOhub. If the person is missing from the list, ask your Admin to add them as a user before creating the quote.
Team members are not available to add in Step 3.
Team members must be active PSOhub users assigned to the relevant business unit. If expected users are not appearing, check the business unit selected in Step 1 and confirm with your Admin that the users are set up correctly.
The quote was created but the contract template is wrong.
You cannot change the contract template after the quote is created. Delete the quote and start the Quick Setup again with the correct template.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I create a quote without selecting a contract template?
No. A contract template is required to complete the Quick Setup. If no templates are available, your Admin must configure at least one in Settings before you can proceed.
Can I change the customer after the quote is created?
This depends on your PSOhub configuration. If the customer field is locked after creation, you will need to delete the quote and start again. Check with your Admin if you are unsure.
What happens if the Salesforce opportunity is updated after I create the quote?
Changes made to the Salesforce opportunity after the quote is created in PSOhub are not automatically reflected in the quote. You will need to update the quote details manually if the opportunity changes.
Can I add team members to the quote after it has been created?
Yes. Click the Team tab on the quote at any time before publishing to add or update team members.
Will the contract configuration on the quote carry over to the project?
Yes. All contract settings — including contract lines, installments, retainers, and smart invoicing configuration — carry over automatically when the quote is promoted to a project after signing.
