Objective
This article explains how to extend the expiration date of a Submitted quote that has Expired in PSOhub, so it can be updated and resubmitted to your customer.
Prerequisites
Eligible Access
You must have Admin, Controller, Project Manager, or Sales Rep access in PSOhub.
Expired Quote
The quote must be at Expired stage. Expired quotes are read-only and cannot be edited directly.
Steps
- Open the Expired quote in PSOhub.
- In the Financials pane, click Revoke. A confirmation dialog appears explaining that revoking the quote will remove customer access to the published link and return the quote to Draft stage.
- Click Proceed. The quote returns to Draft stage.
- In the left-hand pane, click Edit (pencil icon).
- Update the Due days quote field with the new number of days you want the quote to be valid for. The Expires on date below recalculates automatically.
- Click Save.
- Republish the quote to share it with your customer again. See How to Preview and Publish a Quote in PSOhub for the publishing steps.
Result
The quote is returned to Draft stage with an updated Expiration Date and can be republished as a PDF or digital link. The customer will need to be sent the updated quote again. The previous link, if used, will have been deactivated by the Revoke action.
Next Steps
✅ Republish the quote
Follow the full preview and publish process to send the updated quote to your customer.
