Objective
This article explains how to revoke a Submitted or Declined PSOhub quote, removing the customer's access to the published link and returning the quote to Draft stage for editing or deletion.
Prerequisites
Eligible Access
You must have Admin, Controller, Project Manager, or Sales Rep access in PSOhub.
Submitted or Declined Quotes Only
The quote must be at the Submitted or Declined stage.
Steps
⚠️ Important: Revoking a quote in PSOhub only removes access to the published digital link. If the quote was shared as a PDF, the customer will still have access to the document. In this case, you must send the customer a formal email notifying them that the quote has been withdrawn and is no longer valid.
- Open the PSOhub quote you want to revoke.
- Click the Revoke button on the Financials tab.
- A confirmation dialog appears explaining that revoking the quote will remove the customer's access to the published link and return the quote to Draft stage.
- Click Proceed. The quote status immediately changes to Draft.
Result
The published link is deactivated, and the customer can no longer access the PSOhub quote. The quote returns to Draft stage and can now be edited and republished or deleted if no longer needed.
Next Steps
✅ Edit and republish the quote
