Objective
This article explains how to confirm a signed quote in PSOhub. It covers two signing methods: confirming a manually signed PDF returned by your customer, and the digital signing flow when a customer signs via a published link.
Prerequisites
Eligible Access
You must have Admin, Controller, Project Manager, or Sales Rep access in PSOhub.
Submitted Quote
The quote must be at Submitted stage.
Customer Has Accepted the Quote
The customer must have confirmed their acceptance of the quote.
Sign a PDF PSOhub Quote
Steps
Use this method when your customer has received the quote as a PDF, signed it manually, and returned it to the sales rep, for example, with a handwritten signature or via a PO number confirmation.
- Open the quote in PSOhub.
- Click the Sign button. A confirmation dialog appears.
- Click Proceed. The quote status updates to Signed. PSOhub automatically creates a new project containing all the details from the quote.
Sign A Digital Link Quote
Steps
Use this method when your customer has received the quote as a published link and signs it digitally in their browser.
-
The customer opens the quote link and clicks Sign.
-
A signature panel appears. The Name field is pre-populated with the quote contact person's name. The customer completes their role and signature.
-
The customer clicks Sign to submit.
- Back in PSOhub, the quote status in the Quotes list updates to Signed. The quote is read-only and can no longer be modified.
📌 Note: The sales rep receives a confirmation email when the customer signs the quote. The customer also has the option to save the signed quote as a PDF at this point.
⚠️ Important: PSOhub automatically creates a project from the signed quote. The project stage on creation is determined by your Quote settings.
Result
The quote is marked as Signed and a project is automatically created in PSOhub with all the details carried over from the quote. The quote remains accessible from the project's right-hand pane via a direct link.
