Objective
This article explains how to configure the default quote settings in PSOhub, including your organization logo, default comment and footer text, quote numbering, payment due days, and the default project stage applied after a quote is signed.
Prerequisites
You must have Admin user access in PSOhub.
Steps
Layouts Tab
- Click the Gear icon in the main menu to open Settings.
- Select Quote Settings.
- In the Layouts tab, configure the following fields:
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Default comment | The opening text or introduction displayed at the top of the quote or statement of work. |
| Default footer | Footer text displayed at the bottom of the first page, after the signature section. |
4. Click Save.
Numbers Tab
- Configure the following fields and click Save when complete:
| Quote Number — Prefix | The prefix used when generating quote numbers. Overwrite with your own prefix if needed. |
| Quote Number — Follow number | The sequential number applied to each new quote. Overwrite with your own starting number if needed. |
Default Settings Tab
- Configure the following fields and click Save when complete:
| Due days Quote | The default number of days before the quote expires. Configured to match your payment terms and conditions. |
| Font | The font used in the quotes viewed by your customers. |
| Organization logo | Upload your organization's logo to appear above the header on the first page of the quote. |
Result
Your default quote settings are applied to all new quotes created in PSOhub. The organization logo, comment, and footer text appear automatically on each quote, and the quote numbering follows the prefix and sequence you have defined.
