Quote Notification Settings in PSOhub

Objective
This article explains how to configure quote notification settings in PSOhub so that the sales rep responsible for a quote is automatically alerted when its status changes.
Prerequisites
You must have Admin user access in PSOhub.
At least one quote must have been created and assigned to a sales rep.
Steps
- In the main menu, click your profile icon.
- In the right-hand pane, click the Notifications tab.
- In the notification settings panel, locate the quote-related alerts and enable the ones you want to receive:
| Notification | Triggered when |
|---|---|
| Quote submitted | A quote is submitted and sent to the customer. |
| Quote signed | A customer accepts and signs the quote. |
| Quote expired | A quote passes its due date without being signed. |
| Quote declined | A customer declines the quote. |
4. For each alert, choose whether to receive it as an in-app notification, by email, or both.
5. Click Save.
Result
The sales rep assigned to a quote will receive notifications whenever the quote status changes. Email notifications include the current stage of the quote so the sales rep can take action promptly.
💡 Tip: Quotes can be assigned to the sales rep themselves or to another user if the assigned user has Admin access. Make sure the correct user is assigned to the quote so notifications are sent to the right person.
