Objective
Understand where to find your notification settings in PSOhub, how to control which alerts are active, and how to choose how you are notified.
Introduction
Notification settings in PSOhub are configured at the user level. Each user controls their own notification preferences — no one else can change them on your behalf.
By default, a limited set of alerts is activated. You can turn individual notifications on or off and choose whether to receive them as in-app notifications, by email, or both.
Where to Find Your Notification Settings
There are two ways to access your notification settings.
1. From your profile:
Click your profile icon in the main menu and select the Notifications tab.
2. From a PSOhub email:
In any email sent from PSOhub, click the link To change your notifications, please click here.
How PSOhub Notification Settings Work
The notification settings panel lists all available alerts in PSOhub. For each notification you can:
- Toggle it On or Off
- Choose to receive the notification in-app, by email or both
Once you have made your changes, click Save.
📌 Note: Notifications related to tasks are only applicable at the project level and will only be triggered when the project status is set to Active.
How to View In-App Notifications
To view your in-app notifications, click the alert (bell) icon in the main menu bar. This is where all active in-app alerts and notifications are displayed.
