Objective
This article lists the characters that QuickBooks Online accepts in contract line (invoice line) names and descriptions when invoices are pushed from PSOhub.
Overview
When PSOhub sends an invoice to QuickBooks Online, the contract line name and description are included as invoice line details. QuickBooks Online only accepts specific characters in these fields.
Using unsupported characters — such as double quotes — will cause the invoice line to fail or be rejected by QuickBooks. Review the table below before naming contract lines or writing descriptions that will appear on invoices sent to QuickBooks.
⚠️ Important: The maximum combined character length for a contract line name and description is 4,095 characters.
