Objective
This article explains how to add a new contract line to a project in PSOhub, including how to set the group, line ID, type, and financial values.
Prerequisites
Eligible access
You must have Admin, Controller, or Project Manager access in PSOhub.
Pre-existing project with contract
A project with an existing contract must already be set up.
Steps
- Open the project in PSOhub and navigate to the Financials tab.
- Click the + button for the corresponding contract group where you want to add the contract line.
- Select the contract line type: Fixed fee, Time & Materials, Product, Retainer, Expense, Installments or Recurring. The Contract Line window appears.
- To change the Group or Line ID, click the dropdown arrow and select the correct option in the right-hand pane.
- Enter your Billing and Configuration settings in the right-hand pane.
- Enter a name in the Name field in the left-hand pane. The name must not contain an apostrophe (') or a quote character (").
- Enter the Description, fill in your financial fields, and configure alerts in the left-hand pane.
- Click Save.
Result
The new contract line is added to the project contract and is immediately available for time and expense tracking, invoicing, and budget monitoring. The line appears in the Financials tab under the group you selected.
