Objective

This article explains how to delete a Signed quote in PSOhub. Because a Signed quote is linked to a project, it cannot be deleted or revoked directly. This process requires you to delete the associated project first and then use the Test Quote feature to remove the quote.

Prerequisites

Eligible Access
You must have Admin, Controller or Sales Rep (assigned to the quote) access.

Signed Quote
The quote must be at the Signed stage.

Project Eligible for Deletion
The associated project must be eligible for deletion. For the conditions that must be                met, read How to Delete a Project at the Proposal Stage.

⚠️ Important: This process permanently deletes both the project and the quote. Make                sure you don't need either one before proceeding. This action cannot be undone.

Steps

  1. Before the Signed quote can be deleted, you must first delete the project that was created when the quote was signed. Follow the steps in How to Delete a Project at the Proposal Stage to delete the associated project, then continue with Step 2 below.

  2. Once the associated project has been deleted, navigate to Quotes from the main menu.

  3. Open the signed quote you want to delete.

  4. In the left-hand pane, click Edit (pencil icon).

  5. Scroll down to the Test Quote field and select Yes

  6. Click Save.

  7. In the Financials tab of the quote, click the ellipsis (⋯) button.

  8. Select Delete Quote from the sub-menu. A confirmation dialog appears.
  9. Click Proceed. The quote is permanently deleted.

Result

The Signed quote and its associated project are permanently removed from PSOhub. This action cannot be undone.
