Recipe: Customers to grow
Use Agentic AI Insights to find HubSpot upsell opportunities with customers whose project ends soon
Published: 2 November 2026
Audience
- All Users, who use HubSpot and PSOhub together
Objective
This article explains how to compare sold vs delivered with Claude or ChatGPT. You compare what you sold with what you contracted, delivered and invoiced, deal by deal, and see the pattern behind the gaps.
Prerequisites
The MCP connector is active on your organization.
An Admin has enabled the MCP connector for your organization.
Your AI assistant is connected.
Your AI assistant (Claude or ChatGPT) should be connected to PSOhub.
See How to Connect Claude to PSOhub or How to Connect ChatGPT to PSOhub.
You have access to HubSpot.
To run this Agentic AI Insights recipe, you must have access to HubSpot.
Your PSOhub and HubSpot accounts are connected.
PSOhub must be connected to HubSpot, so customers and projects can be matched between the two. See HubSpot CRM: How to Connect to PSOhub.
The HubSpot connector is turned on in your AI assistant.
Turn on both the PSOhub and the HubSpot connector in your Claude or ChatGPT account.
Steps
- Copy the prompt exactly as written:
Which of the customers I own in HubSpot have a project in PSOhub that is nearly finished, but no open deal in HubSpot?
Nearly finished: more than 80% of the budgeted hours used, or the expected end date within the next [60] days. An open deal is any deal that is not won or lost.
In one table: customer, project, project manager, budgeted against used hours, expected end date, and the date of our last contact in HubSpot. List customers you could not match between the two systems separately, instead of guessing.
Keep it short and link every customer, project and deal to PSOhub or HubSpot. If something in the data looks off and I can correct it in PSOhub or HubSpot, mention it in one line at the end, without investigating it. - Optional: change [60] to any number of days.
- Paste the prompt into Claude or ChatGPT and send it.
Result
You get one table of the customers whose project is nearly finished with no open deal behind it, and when you last spoke to them. Customers that could not be matched between the two systems are listed separately, so nothing is guessed.
💡 Tip: Ask a follow-up question, for example:
- Draft a short check-in email for the first three.
- Which of these have we not spoken to in 60 days?
- Show the same for all deal owners.
