How to Assign Multiple Tasks to Team Members in a PSOhub Project

Objective

This article explains how to select multiple tasks within a project in PSOhub and assign them to one or more team members in a single action using the Mass edit tasks function.

Prerequisites

Eligible access
        You must have Admin or Project Manager access in PSOhub.

Tasklist already in place
        A project with at least one task list and tasks must already exist.

Team members added
        The team members you want to assign tasks to must already be added to the project.

Steps

  1. Open the project in PSOhub. 
  2. Navigate to the Tasks tab.
  3. Select the tasks you want to assign by clicking on the empty box at the far left of each task's row. An orange checkmark will appear on your selected tasks.
  4. The multi-selection menu bar appears at the bottom of the screen, showing the number of tasks selected. Click Edit. The Mass edit tasks dialogue box appears. 
  5. In the Assign To field, select the team members you want to assign the tasks to.
  6. Click Save.

Result

All selected tasks are now assigned to the team members you chose. The first assigned member is displayed on each task card. Any additional members are shown as a count next to the first name.
