Objective
This article explains how to view tasks by week in PSOhub via the Timeline (Gantt chart) and the List and Kanban views in All Tasks.
Prerequisites
Eligible access
You must have Project Manager, Admin, or Controller access in PSOhub.
Tasks created
Tasks must already exist for the desired timeframe.
How to View Tasks by Week in the Timeline (Gantt Chart)
Steps
- Go to Tasks > Timeline.
- Click Select Plans.
- Select all the projects whose tasks you want to view by week.
- Click Save. Tasks are clearly displayed with weekly intervals in the Gantt chart.
How to View Tasks by Week in All Tasks
📌 Note: You can view tasks by week in All Tasks in the List view and Kanban view.
Steps for List View
- Navigate to Tasks > All Tasks.
- Select List view. There are two options to view tasks by week in List view:
- Click on Group by: and select Due Date to see what's due this week.
- Group by something else and click the Due Date filter. Select This Week, Next Week or Custom to view all tasks by week.
Steps for Kanban View
- Navigate to Tasks > All Tasks.
- Select Kanban view.
- Click the Due Date filter. Select This Week, Next Week or Custom to view tasks by week on the Kanban board.
Result
You can clearly see tasks by week on the Timeline as they are reflected with weekly intervals on the Gantt chart for your selected plans. You can also view tasks by week in All Tasks by using the Group by: Due Date function or the Due Date filter in List view. Tasks by week are additionally available in Kanban view using the Due Date filter.
