Introduction
PSOhub gives you multiple ways to view and interact with your tasks, depending on what you are trying to do.
The right view depends on your context. If you need to see tasks across all your projects in one place — to monitor deadlines, review workload, or track overall progress — the All Tasks page is where you start. If you are working inside a specific project and need to plan, schedule, or visualize the work within it, PSOhub offers a set of dedicated in-project views.
Understanding which context you are in helps you find the right view quickly and get the most out of PSOhub's work management tools.
View Tasks Across All Projects
The All Tasks page gives you a centralized view of every task across every project in your organization. Use it when you need a cross-project perspective — monitoring workload, tracking deadlines, or managing tasks without switching between individual projects.

View Tasks Inside a Single Project
When you are working within a specific project, PSOhub offers five views inside the project's Tasks tab. Each view is designed for a different way of working — from structured task lists to visual boards and Gantt charts.

Visualize Your Workflow with The Kanban Board
The Kanban view displays tasks as cards arranged in columns by status. Use it to visualize the flow of work across your team, identify tasks that are blocked or stalled, and keep everyone aligned on what is in progress. It works best for teams running sprint-style delivery or managing high volumes of parallel tasks.

Plan And Schedule Your Project with The Timeline View
The Timeline view plots your tasks and milestones against a calendar based on start and due dates. Use it to plan your project schedule, set task dependencies, and spot gaps or conflicts before they become problems. It is particularly useful when presenting a project plan to a client or aligning your team on upcoming deadlines.
