Objectives
This article explains how to check pre-sales planning with Claude or ChatGPT. You see which projects that are not won yet already hold planning in the coming three months, and how much.
Prerequisites
The MCP connector is active on your organization.
An Admin has enabled the MCP connector for your organization.
Your AI assistant is connected.
Your AI assistant (Claude or ChatGPT) should be connected to PSOhub.
See How to Connect Claude to PSOhub or How to Connect ChatGPT to PSOhub.
Steps
- Copy the prompt exactly as written:
Which projects that are not yet won carry planning for the coming three months? Show the ten with the most planned hours, in one table: project, customer, planned hours and planned start date.
Keep it short and link every project and customer to PSOhub. If something in the data looks off and I can correct it in PSOhub, mention it in one line at the end, without investigating it. - Paste the prompt into Claude or ChatGPT and send it.
📌 Note: This works with any PSOhub that plans projects before they are won.
Result
You get one table with the ten not-yet-won projects that hold the most planned hours in the coming three months. For each project, it shows the customer and the planned start date.
💡 Tip: Ask a follow-up question, for example:
- Which of these have a start date that has already passed?
- Who is planned on them?
- How much room would we have without them?
