Objective
This article explains how to import products from SAP Business One into a price list in PSOhub. Once imported, your product catalog is synchronized between SAP and PSOhub, ensuring that your quotes, projects, and contracts always use up-to-date pricing and product data.
Prerequisites
Steps
- Navigate to Settings (gear icon) > Products > Price Lists.
- Open the price list for the business unit connected to SAP Business One.
- Click Import. The Select import source dialog opens with two options:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Project Management | Import products from an Excel file into this price list. |
| Financials | Import products from SAP Business One into this price list. |
4. Click Financials to import from SAP Business One. A Confirmation dialog appears with the following message: Are you sure? This process can take a while and will be performed in the background. You will receive an email once the synchronization is completed.
5. Click Proceed. PSOhub begins synchronizing the product catalog from SAP Business One in the background.
6. Once the import is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from PSOhub stating that the product import for your price list has been completed.
7. Return to the price list in PSOhub to view the imported products.
Result
The products from your SAP Business One catalog are imported into the selected price list. GL accounts and SAP Dimensions are synchronized from the SAP database and reflected in the corresponding settings in PSOhub.
📌 Note: The import runs in the background and may take some time depending on the size of your product catalog. You will receive a confirmation email when the process is complete — there is no need to wait on-screen.
