Objective
This article explains how to create a price list in PSOhub. A price list defines the business unit and currency for a set of products and their prices, and is used across quotes, projects, and invoices.
Prerequisites
Steps
- Navigate to Settings (gear icon).
- Click Products.
- Select the Price Lists tab if it is not already active.
- Click Create price list.
The Price List dialog opens with the following fields:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The name of the price list. PSOhub auto-generates a name based on the selected currency — you can update this to reflect the list's purpose, region, or customer group. |
| Business Unit | The business unit this price list is linked to. Each price list is tied to one business unit, ensuring that pricing and currency are applied correctly across projects and invoices. |
| Currency | The currency for all products in this price list. Select the appropriate currency for the region or customer this list is intended for. |
5. Enter a Name for the price list.
6. Select a Business Unit.
7. Select a Currency.
8. Click Save.
Result
The new price list is created and opens automatically. The list displays the business unit, currency, number of products, and active status. You can now add products to the price list using the Add product button.
📌 Note: A price list with no products will show Number of products: 0 until products are added or imported.
