Objective
This article explains how to add extra user licenses to your PSOhub subscription and how to reduce your license count when team members no longer need access.
Prerequisites
You must have Admin user access in PSOhub.
How to Add a User License
Steps
- Click the Gear icon in the main menu to open Settings.
- Select User Management. Here you can see the number of Active Licenses you have compared to the total allotted amount in your PSOhub subscription.
- Go to the Subscription tab. Click Manage your account.
- Under your active plan, click Invite new user.
- Follow the steps to Create a User in PSOhub.
How to Remove User Licenses
💡 Tip: Follow these steps if you have reached your user license limit and need to add more team members to your PSOhub account.
Steps
- Navigate to Settings > User Management.
- Select the user whose license you want to deactivate.
- Click Deactivate.
- Click Proceed when prompted.
📌 Note: Deactivating a user frees up their license for someone else but does not automatically reduce the number of licenses on your billing plan. You must contact PSOhub Support to reduce your subscription count.
Result
Additional licenses are activated immediately after purchase and are available for new users. Removed licenses are adjusted by the Support team and reflected in your next billing cycle.
