Objective
This article explains how to add custom contract group numbers to the standard list in PSOhub so they are available when setting up contract groups in your templates and projects.
Prerequisites
You must have Admin user access in PSOhub.
Steps
- Click the Gear icon in the main menu to open Settings.
- Select Project settings.
- Go to the Contract Group Numbers tab.
📌 Note: The standard contract group numbers provided by PSOhub are: 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 and 90.
4. Click Add number.
5. In the dialog box that appears, enter the new group number you want to add.
6. Click Save.
⚠️ Important: Do not overwrite the existing standard numbers. Only add new numbers using the Add number button.
Result
The new contract group number appears in the list and is immediately available in the contract group dropdown when setting up contract templates and projects.
