Objective

This article explains how to modify, delete, and add a contract group within a contract template in PSOhub.

How to Modify or Delete a Contract Group in a Template

Steps

1. Click the Gear icon in the main menu to open Settings.
2. Select Templates. Navigate to the Contract tab.
3. Click the name of the template you want to modify.
4. Click the ellipsis (...) to the right of the contract group you want to modify. 
5. Select Edit group to make changes. Select Delete to delete the contract group from the template.
6. In the Edit Contract Group Template screen, you can edit the Group Number and Group Name. 
7. Click Save. 

How to Add a Contract Group to a Template

Steps

1. Click the Gear icon in the main menu to open Settings.
2. Select Templates. Navigate to the Contract tab.
3. Click the name of the template you want to modify.
4. Click + Add group. 
5. Specify the Group Number and Group Name. 
6. Click Save. 

Result

Your contract groups are updated in the template. New groups are available immediately for contract lines to be assigned to. Sequence number changes update the order in which groups are displayed across the template and in reports.
