Objective
This article explains how to copy, delete, and edit the name or description of a plan template in PSOhub.
Prerequisites
Eligible access
You must have Admin user access in PSOhub.
Pre-existing plan template
At least one plan template must already exist in PSOhub.
Steps
📌 Note: There is no Edit option in the ellipsis (...) drop-down menu, so here is a quick workaround.
- Click the Gear icon in the main menu to open Settings.
- Click on Templates.
- Click the Plan tab.
- Click the plan template you want to edit.
- Inside the template, click the ellipsis (...) button. You can copy, delete, edit the name/description, and add team members from here.
- Select Duplicate template.
- Click Proceed.
- Enter the updated Plan Name and Currency.
- Click Save.
- Select Continue in the current plan.
- Click the ellipsis (...) button again.
- Select Delete template.
- Click Proceed. The duplicate plan template you just created has the desired name/description.
📌 Note: The plan template name must not contain an apostrophe character (').
Result
The plan template now reflects the desired name/description. The deleted template is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
