How Does a New User Log into PSOhub?

Objective

This article explains how to log into PSOhub as a new user and what to do if you forgot your password or cannot access PSOhub.

Prerequisites

✅ You must have received a welcome email from PSOhub.

Steps

Click on the link "Click here to set your password and get started with PSOhub" in your welcome email.
Enter your email address, first and last name, and password on the following screen. Click Create account.

📌Note: Do not use the pre-fill function of your browser when entering your information. Your email address will be automatically stored in lower case and will be set as your Username when you log into PSOhub.

3. Navigate to https://www.psohubapp.com/ to access PSOhub. Enter your email address and password then click Login. You can also go to the PSOhub website and log in from there.

Result

You can now log into PSOhub as a registered user.

FAQs

What if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via the Forgot password feature located just below the Login button.

What if I am having trouble accessing PSOhub?

If you get the following screen...

It means that you have already created your account and are trying to access PSOhub via the original welcome email and link to set up your password. This link will no longer work precisely because you have already set up your name and password.

Navigate to https://www.psohubapp.com/ to access PSOhub. Enter your email address and password then click Login.
