Objective

This article explains how to sign in to PSOhub using Single Sign-On (SSO) with your Google or Microsoft account, what is required before you can use SSO, and how to resolve common login issues.

Prerequisites

The following conditions must be met before signing in with SSO. They apply to both Google and Microsoft accounts:

PSOhub account is active
You already have an active PSOhub account.

Invitation and activation complete
You have accepted your invitation email and completed activation of your login.

Matching email address
Your PSOhub email address matches your Google or Microsoft account email exactly.

📌 Note: SSO cannot be used to create new users automatically. Administrators must first          invite users into PSOhub before they can sign in with SSO.

⚠️ Important: If an administrator deactivates a user in PSOhub, that person will no                        longer be able to log in, including through SSO.

How to Sign in with Google SSO

Steps

  1. Use this option if your organization uses Google Workspace or you have a personal Gmail account.

  2. Go to the PSOhub login page and click Login via Google.

  3. Select your Google account from the list or enter your Google credentials.
  4. Complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) if prompted. PSOhub opens automatically once authenticated.

Steps

  1. Use this option if your organization uses Microsoft 365, Outlook.com or Azure AD.

  2. Go to the PSOhub login page and click Login via Microsoft.

  3. Select your Microsoft, Work or School account.

  4. Complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) if prompted. PSOhub opens automatically once authenticated.

📌 Note: The first time someone in your organization uses Microsoft SSO with PSOhub,                Microsoft may show an Approval required screen. This means your Microsoft 365 or              Azure AD administrator must approve PSOhub before it can be used with SSO in your            organization.

⚠️ Important: If you see the Approval required screen, click Request Approval and enter          a short justification or contact your IT administrator and ask them to approve PSOhub          in Microsoft Entra. Once approved, you and other users in your organization can sign              in with Microsoft SSO without seeing this screen again.
