Objective
This article explains how to set up the Moneybird integration in PSOhub so that invoices created in PSOhub are sent to Moneybird and payments are synced back automatically.
Prerequisites
You must have Admin user access in PSOhub. You must have an active Moneybird account with permission to authorize third-party integrations. At least one revenue account must be configured in Moneybird before connecting.Steps
- Navigate to Settings (gear icon in the main menu) and select Integrations.
- Select the Business Unit Apps tab.
- Select the business unit you want to connect to Moneybird from the Select a Business Unit dropdown.
- Locate the Bexio tile and click Connect.
🚨 Warning: A confirmation dialog appears stating that connecting Moneybird will remove any other active accounting integration in PSOhub. This action cannot be undone. Click Proceed to continue or Cancel to stop.
5. You are redirected to the Moneybird login screen. Log in to the correct Moneybird account.
6. Authorize PSOhub to access your Moneybird account on the screen that follows.
7. Once you are returned to PSOhub, enter your Revenue account. This is the default account PSOhub uses to book your sales invoices. You can assign different revenue accounts per contract line if needed.
📌 Note: PSOhub uses a tax code named 21% btw by default during the connection test. When sending live invoices, you can configure different tax codes per contract line. Make sure the tax code names in PSOhub match exactly the names used in Moneybird.
8. Click Save to complete the setup.
Result
PSOhub is connected to Moneybird. Invoices created in PSOhub are sent to Moneybird automatically, and payments registered in Moneybird are synced back to PSOhub.
