Manage Your PSOhub Subscription: How to Update Billing, Payment and Account Details 

Learn how to update your account information, billing address, VAT number, payment method, and more

Objective

This article explains how to manage your PSOhub subscription, including updating account and billing details, managing payment methods, downloading invoices, and canceling your subscription if needed.

Prerequisites

You must have Admin access on the Master Organization in PSOhub.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Settings (gear icon) in the top right corner. Select Organization.

  2. Click on the Subscription tab.

  3. Click Manage your account. A new browser tab opens with your Manage Subscriptions screen.

  4. Select Account Information to update the contact's name, email address and company details of the person responsible for the PSOhub account. 
  5. Select Billing & Shipping Addresses to update your organization's billing address and VAT number.
  6. Select Payment Methods to add or update the credit card used for your subscription payments and renewals.
  7. Select Billing History to view a list of all subscription invoices. Click any invoice to download it.
  8. To Edit or Cancel your subscription, click the subscription tile on the Manage Subscriptions screen.
  9. Click Edit Subscription for add-ons and to view the date of your next subscription charge.
  10. Click Cancel Subscription to cancel your PSOhub subscription and follow the prompts. Finalize by clicking Confirm Cancellation.

⚠️ Important: Canceling your subscription will end your access to PSOhub. This action                  cannot be undone. We recommend contacting our support team via Live Chat before            proceeding if you have any questions.

Result

Any changes made to your account information, billing address, VAT number, or payment method are saved immediately and will apply to your next billing cycle. Downloaded invoices are available as PDF files.

If you canceled your subscription, you would receive a confirmation and your access to PSOhub will end at the close of your current billing period.
