Recipe: Overdue invoices and who calls

Objective

This article explains how to run a short, friendly business unit data quality check with Claude or ChatGPT. It shows what is already in good shape and what to fill in, so the deeper recipes give the best answers.

Prerequisites

The MCP connector is active on your organization. 
        An Admin has enabled the MCP connector for your organization.

Your AI assistant is connected.
        Your AI assistant (Claude or ChatGPT) should be connected to PSOhub.

Steps

  1. Copy the prompt exactly as written: 
       Which of our sent invoices in PSOhub are overdue, and who owns each of those customers in HubSpot?

       In one table: customer, invoice, amount, days overdue, HubSpot owner, and any open deal we have with that customer. Sort by amount, highest first. Count only invoices that were sent.

       Keep it short and link every customer, invoice and deal to PSOhub or HubSpot. If something in the data looks off and I can correct it in PSOhub or HubSpot, mention it in one line at the end, without investigating it.

     

  2. Paste the prompt into Claude or ChatGPT and send it.

Result

You get one table of overdue invoices, largest first. For each invoice, it shows the HubSpot owner of the customer and any open deal with them.

💡 Tip: Ask a follow-up question, for example:

  • Draft a short message to each owner.
  • Which of these customers have an open deal?
  • Are these customers usually late?
