Objective

This article explains why your calendar appointments may appear at the wrong time in the PSOhub Timesheet Calendar, and how to fix it by setting your personal time zone in PSOhub.

Prerequisites

Your calendar must already be connected to PSOhub. If it is not connected,                                  appointments will not appear in the Timesheet Calendar at all.

Why this happens

The PSOhub Timesheet Calendar retrieves your calendar appointments and displays them based on the time zone set in your PSOhub profile. If your profile time zone does not match your actual location, your appointments will appear shifted by the difference between the two time zones.

This setting is personal, each user manages their own time zone independently.

Resolution

Follow the steps below to update your time zone in PSOhub.

  1. Click your profile avatar or name in the top navigation to open your profile menu.
  2. Select the Personal Information tab.
  3. Locate the Time zone field.
  4. Select the time zone that matches your location.
  5. Click Save.

📌 Note: This setting only affects how your appointments are displayed in the                                    Timesheet Calendar. It does not affect other users or system-wide settings.

Result

Once your time zone is updated, PSOhub will use your selected time zone to retrieve and display appointments in the Timesheet Calendar. Your appointments will now appear at the correct local time.

Troubleshooting

The time zone field is not visible in my profile.
Scroll down within the Personal Information tab, the Time zone field may not be visible without scrolling on smaller screens.

I updated my time zone but appointments still show the wrong time.
Refresh the Timesheet Calendar after saving your time zone. If the issue persists, check that your calendar is connected and that the appointments are syncing correctly.

My appointments show the correct time but are on the wrong day.
This can occur if there is a large time zone offset causing appointments near midnight to shift to the previous or next day. Confirm that your selected time zone is correct, including any daylight saving time offset.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does changing my time zone affect my colleagues?
No. The time zone setting in Profile & Preferences is personal. It only controls how your appointments appear in your own Timesheet Calendar.

Do I need to reconnect my calendar after changing my time zone?
No. The connection remains active. PSOhub will automatically use the updated time zone the next time it retrieves your appointments.

Will this fix affect time entries I have already logged?
No. Existing time entries are not modified. The time zone setting only applies to how appointments are retrieved and displayed going forward.
